Never bother buying red potion. It's pointless. When you have less than 6-7 hearts, use milk. Otherwise, use fairies. Although you may want to get a blue potion or two for the final battle.

If you're having trouble with the moblin with the club, use bombchus. Hey, they have to be useful for something! After you get the bow, of course, you can just use arrows.

Use your hammer on Dark Link, unless you want a challenge.

If you are desperate for hearts, here are a few tips: Play Zelda's Lullaby in front of a gossip stone. Bomb some rocks.

If Navi turns green for some unknown reason, try the scarecrow song.

You will notice on your map that there is a flashing dot and an arrow. The flashing dot tells you the next place to go and the arrow tells you the next place in the trading sequence.

When doing the trading sequences that are timed, remember the entrance to Goron Cit in the Lost Woods. And remember the entrance to the Crater in Darunia's room.

You may want to think about using Farore's Wind, especially if you are one who spends a couple of days in a dungeon.

In the first dungeon, there is a place where you must shoot through a rotating torch to melt some ice. If you have Din's Fire, it could be rather easy...

There is a store hidden in Ganon's castle. When you first enter the center room, drop down to the lower level and turn around. Look for it with the Lens of Truth.

If you continually turn the lens of truth on and off it will not use any magic.

Use deku nuts on anything electric in Jabu Jabu until you get the boomerang. When they are stunned, you can use your sword.

If you are dying against an ironknuckle or Ganon, get behind a column or piece of rubble. Hearts will come out of it if they destroy it.

I found this picture on another Zelda website and I think it shows DARK LINK!!!

Look at the picture!!! Dark Link is fighting NORMAL LINK inside the Temple of Time!!! How can this happen???
The really weird thing is the game in the picture is in another language so I cant read what it says!!! Maybe it is in another version or something!!!
I heard there might be a way to play as Dark Link if you do something with the Shadow Temple and the Master Sword. Some people say you have to beat Dark Link without getting hit and then save the game at exactly the right time.
Then when you start the game again maybe Link will be DARK LINK!!!
I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS IS TRUE!!!
I tried looking for the trick but I cant find it anywhere. Maybe Nintendo made it so you can only do it in another version of the game!!!

SWORDLESS LINK

I found this glitch on the Odyssey of Hyrule website!!! It lets Link start the game without having the Master Sword equipped!!!

First you have to let Gannondorf knock the Master Sword out of your hands. Then save the game and reset it. When you start again Link will be SWORDLESS!!!

Now you can go outside and do some really crazy stuff!!!

If you get on Epona you can use some of your items while riding her. You can use a Deku Nut and Link will get off Epona but you can still control the horse!!!

Then Link can do all kinds of weird things while Epona is still moving around!!!

THIS IS SO WEIRD!!!

There is heaps more stuff you can do with this glitch but I havent tried all of it yet.

CROOKED CARTRIDGE

Start a new game and go to Kokiri Forest. Mido is supposed to stop you from getting past until you get the Kokiri Sword and Shield.

But you can GET PAST HIM!!! :-O

Get as close to Mido as you can. Then while the game is still on, gently pull up on the left side of the game cartridge and push forward on the control stick at the same time!!!

DONT PULL THE CARTRIDGE OUT TOO FAR OR THE GAME WILL CRASH!!!

If you do it right Link will go right past Mido and you can get into the passage to the Deku Tree!!! You can even get past the guy blocking the way to the west and go onto the bridge that leads to Hyrule Field!!!

When you get where you want to go push the cartridge back down again so all the funny noises on the screen go away.

Link wont have the sword or shield yet but you can still meet Saria and get the Fairy Ocarina like normal!!!

THIS IS REALLY WEIRD!!!
